Dear Mr. Craft: I would like to convey my thanks for the outstanding service your people provided to Sandra C. at my house on 111 Clark Camp Road in Cornish on Saturday night November 16th. Sandy was home alone and I was an in-patient at Dartmouth-Hitchcock when the air scoop on our boiler stopped functioning and started leaking. One desperate phone call and two of your plumbers went into action to resolve the problem. As might be expected we did not get their names.
