All these new plans are available January 1, 2025. For those customers with an existing boiler or furnace service plan that renews after December 31, 2024, you will automatically be enrolled in the 50/50 plan. You then have three options - you can opt out of any plan altogether, instead select the Simple plan for your boiler/furnace, or wait to see if your system qualifies for the Complete Care plan once the Prequalifying Checklist is completed. If you have already been told your heating system will not qualify for a new service plan, then the Simple plan is the one for you.
For those customers who are new to our service plans or have a lapsed boiler/furnace plan, or for anyone who would like to enroll in one or more of the supplemental whole house plans, just let us know by emailing info@SimpleEnergyOnline.com or calling 603-298-7200. We will review any information we have on your boiler or furnace and schedule a prequalifying visit if necessary.
Which plan(s) your boiler or furnace qualifies for will be determined by our straightforward Prequalifying Checklist. The main component of this checklist is the age of your boiler/furnace. While all three plans require that you are a Simple Energy fuel customer, the Simple Plan has no other prequalifications. The prequalifying checklist is also included in our Exclusions document below.
At some point, your boiler or furnace will need to be replaced. Whether it’s to increase efficiency, ensure safe and reliable operation, or to avoid the cost of continued maintenance, we can help with that expense. For every year you had or will have a consecutive boiler of furnace plan with us, we will add loyalty credits to your account, redeemable when a new boiler or furnace is purchased from and installed by Simple Energy.
