We are proud to provide three straightforward plans for boilers and furnaces. We continue to stand out from our competitors by providing service plans that…
Choose one of our supplemental whole house service plans or save when you purchase multiple plans, including one of our boiler & furnace plans.
We understand that a tune-up is essential to the overall efficiency, performance, and longevity of your home’s equipment. Safety is of course also a key component. That’s why the service plans we offer include an annual tune-up for your boiler/furnace, water heater, heat pump/AC, and generator. Our qualified and licensed technicians clean, inspect, safety check, and tune your entire system to optimum operating condition.
After thousands of industry tune-up transactions, we know the average tune-up on a boiler or furnace takes approximately two hours to service and to replace the annual consumable parts as recommended by the manufacturers.
For our 50/50 Plan, our tune-up coverage is up to two hours, covering the parts and related labor. If additional service is needed, it is no longer a tune-up and becomes a service call, billable at 50%. Our technician will discuss and obtain your approval before proceeding with work beyond the tune-up.
For our Complete Care Plan, there is no limit on how long a tune-up takes since coverage is 100%. For the Simple Plan, all labor and parts are simply 10% off, including the tune-up.
Tune-ups for the supplemental whole house service plans for water heaters and generators are covered 100% up to two hours labor and the annual consumable parts as recommended by the manufacturers. For heat pumps and AC, the tune-ups are covered 100% up to two hours for one inside and outside unit and one hour for each additional unit added to the plan. If additional service is needed, it is no longer a tune-up and becomes a service call, billable at 10% off all parts and 10% off our preferred labor rate. Click on each link above for tune-up details.
Simple Energy will do its best to schedule your annual tune-up(s), but ultimately it is your responsibility. The best time to schedule a tune-up is spring and summer. Once the temperatures start to fall and service calls increase, there are fewer openings in our technicians’ schedules. Also, please note that if we are fielding a lot of emergency calls during the winter, your tune-up may need to be rescheduled.
Our Whole House plans extend to electrical and plumbing too. We’ve got you covered to make sure there is a savings plan for all the services we provide. With 10% off all parts and 10% off our preferred labor rate, click here for a few examples of what our plumbers and electricians can do for you.
All three boiler/furnace plans require that you are a Simple Energy fuel customer on automatic delivery. Exceptions can be made for those customers who have made arrangements for call-in deliveries.
Which plans your boiler or furnace qualifies for will be determined by our straightforward Prequalifying Checklist. If you are interested in the Complete Care plan, we will need to review certain elements of your system to determine if it qualifies. This may require a no-charge site visit. The main component of our checklist is the age of your boiler/furnace. For those in the 50/50 plan, there are two technical exclusions for continued enrollment in 2026/2027 that will be evaluated at your annual tune-up or the first service call. The third option, the Simple plan, is available to any of our automatic delivery fuel customers – there are no system prequalifications.
At some point, your boiler or furnace will need to be replaced. Whether it’s to increase efficiency, ensure safe and reliable operation, or to avoid the cost of continued maintenance, we can help with that expense. For every year you have had our previous boiler or furnace plan with us, or will have the Complete Care or 50/50 plan, we will add $100 per year in loyalty credits to your account. These credits are redeemable when a new boiler or furnace is purchased from and installed by Simple Energy.
All of these new plans are available June 1, 2025. For those customers with an existing boiler or furnace service plan that renews after April 30, 2025, you will automatically be enrolled in the 50/50 plan. You then have three options – you can, of course, opt out of this plan and choose not to participate in any plan, select the Complete Care plan, or select the Simple plan. See below for three easy ways to enroll.
And of course, we welcome our fuel customers who are new to our service plans, have a lapsed boiler/furnace plan, and/or would like to enroll in one or more of our supplemental whole house plans.
Enrollment is easy via our online portal, emailing us at [Loading email...], or by calling 603-298-7200. Pricing for each plan is available via any of these three methods.
Yes, of course, there is “fine print”, but you don’t need a lawyer or a technician’s license to understand what your service plan does and does not cover. Please let us know if any clarification is needed.
Please let us know if you have any questions or suggestions on how we can present this information more clearly.
